Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing property or services where prohibited.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SMS PROGRAM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Richard Marlin Broker and its personnel from claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of others’ rights.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable law, you agree that exclusive jurisdiction for disputes shall be in the state or federal courts located in California.
